Shipping Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges (unless items arrive broken) immediately after receiving your package report it to us via email with a short video or picture of the item you will have to return damaged items before we can replace the items and you will have to pay for the shipping for the replacement item.
Trinidad: TT$45. minimum depending on your location
Tobago: TT$75.00 minimum depending on your location
Address changes cannot be made after shipping your order.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local Shipping company and give them the tracking number, that was provided on the order.
